Older satellite Business accounts sometimes had a problem setting up outgoing calls. The call was not started and they got the message "Something went wrong". The problem is solved! ?
With this version, satellite has been given a new technical structure. You won't notice anything when calling, but for the big redesign (coming soon!) we had to bring the app up to the latest technical standard.

satellite Business now gets really productive! In the inbox all team members can now see additional information: Which number was called? Who answered? Have they (already) called back? If so, from whom? On top of that, you can easily select the outgoing number! This can be done on each call in the dial pad or permanently set in the settings for all outgoing calls. Making calls becomes even more of a team thing, have fun with the update!
Our chatbot currently only knows answers for private users and therefore cannot answer all questions for business. Now he goes to the business school after work and we take over his job. In the "Settings" you can simply send us a message with the question about your business account under "Support" and we will answer you as soon as possible.
